How to delete your Ride Ready account

You can delete your account directly within the Ride Ready app:

1. Open Ride Ready on your device
2. Tap My Account (accessible from the main menu)
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently and immediately deleted from our systems. This cannot be undone.

What is deleted

All data associated with your account is deleted immediately, including:

• Your login credentials
• All vehicles and garage items
• MOT history, road tax, and insurance records
• Service history and fluid logs
• Ride logs and GPS routes
• Tasks, events, and performance settings

What is retained

Nothing. There is no retention period — deletion is immediate and complete.

Delete specific data without closing your account

You can delete individual data from within the Ride Ready app at any time, without deleting your account:

• Vehicles — delete a vehicle and all its associated records from the vehicle screen
• Garage items — delete any garage item from the item screen
• Ride logs — delete individual ride logs from the ride detail screen
• Service records and fluid logs — delete individual entries from the service history screen
• Events — delete individual events from the event detail screen
• Performance settings and logs — delete individual settings or logged values from the performance screen
• Insurance policies — unlink or remove insurance policy records from the insurance screen

If you need specific data removed and cannot do so through the app, contact us at privacy@ride-ready.uk and we will delete the specified data manually within 30 days.

Can’t access the app?

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, contact us at privacy@ride-ready.uk and we will delete your account and all associated data manually within 30 days.
